State-of-the-art 4 LED lighting system
Digital
Digital The digital version does not require a docking station. It is directly connected to the computer via a USB2 port.
Analog
The analog version that comes with a video memory (docking station) allows you to take up to four images simultaneously which are then displayed on the TV monitor.
Improved Performance
Camera activation controlled automatically by holster and always-active software interface
Holster can be mounted almost anywhere so it’s always within reach
FWT - Firewire technology
FireWire (IEEE 1394) is one of the todays fastest standards for data transmission and is the most frequently used industrial standard for multimedia applications such as digital video cameras. This technology enables easy connection, plug and play, and the transmission of live digital images at high speed.
Camera module
The high-tech camera module of the AcuCam Concept IV FWT is equipped with a high-resolution CCD sensor that ensures optimum image quality in regard to clear presentation, colour fidelity, and resolution. A digital microprocessor for video signals is integrated in the camera handle, making the AcuCam Concept IV FWT one of the smallest intraoral cameras available on the market.
The highly-flexible cable and ergonomic endoscopic design of the camera module are easy to handle and enable precise work even in difficult positions through optimum access to the oral cavity.
On removal from the holder, an intelligent sensor automatically activates the camera and imaging software to immediately display the image, thus enhancing efficiency.
