GxTWAIN
GxTwain is the most recent Gendex software application based on the well-known TWAIN technology for easy integration of digital KaVo and Gendex imaging systems into third-party imaging software.

What does TWAIN mean?
Twain is one of the most frequently used industrial standards for linking software applications and imaging systems. The majority of available dental imaging programs support the Twain standard.

Maximum image quality

Comprehensive image processing
GxTwain offers a large number of diagnostically relevant filters and processing instruments for optimising the quality of the images recorded by the KaVo/Gendex imaging systems. The settings can be automated for all imaging processes or manually selected for each image before transfer.

The following filters and processing functions are available: Gamma, brightness, contrast, UL and LL, mirror image, noise filter, gray scaling and the special Gendex soft tissue filter for orthodontic teleradiography.
